Antifreeze filter: advice from a seasoned driver
On trucks and cars with the AdBlue system, the nozzle of the system is clogged. They usually recommend replacing it with a new one, but I decided to try to clean it. As you know, urea (the working fluid of the AdBlue system) is highly soluble in water. Therefore, for starters, I put the nozzle in a deep plate so that it gets wet. Then, using a thin cable, water and a screwdriver, I cleaned the nozzle tube to the nozzle.
How to clean the nozzle? He filled the tube with water, closed it with an airtight metal cork and heated it with a building hair dryer. When the water boiled, the steam knocked out the dirt from the nozzle. It remains to rinse with water (I advise - under pressure) and blow with air.
