If we are lining up in one row, should I skip? To begin with, we recall the general concepts enshrined in the road "constitution", that is, traffic rules. In particular, in section 1 "General Provisions":

Let me remind you that the lane width according to current standards should be from 3 to 3.75 meters. Thus, leaving the occupied row, even within its lane, is also considered a rebuild.
Now about the main thing: in the current version of the Rules of the road, rearrangements at the intersection are not prohibited. So, it’s allowed. A simple example: a driver in front of a car suddenly (as often happens) remembered that he had to turn left at the intersection, turn on the turn signal and stop, you were rebuilt to the right and continued straight ahead. There is no violation. Usually problems arise due to the fact that many drivers confuse rearrangement with overtaking.
Overtaking - advancing one or more vehicles associated with driving onto a lane (side of the carriageway) intended for oncoming traffic, and subsequent return to a previously occupied lane (side of the carriageway).
Advance - the movement of a vehicle at a speed greater than the speed of a passing vehicle.

But just overtaking at regulated intersections, as well as at unregulated intersections when driving on a non-main road, and at pedestrian crossings in accordance with paragraph 11.4 of the traffic regulations are prohibited. Punishment - an administrative fine in the amount of five thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of four to six months (part 4 of article 12.15 of the Administrative Code).
So if at the intersection you observe the requirements of signs, markings (for example, driving in lanes) and your maneuvering is not connected with going to the oncoming lane, you do not violate anything. Just remember that when changing lanes, you must comply with the requirements of clause 8.4 of the SDA (the driver must give way to vehicles moving along the way without changing the direction of movement. When changing lanes of vehicles moving along the way, the driver must give way to the vehicle on the right).
The picture in the article shows an adjustable intersection. On it you can be rebuilt. If it were unregulated, rebuilding would also not be prohibited. The only thing in this case is to remember about paragraph 14.1 of the SDA:
The driver of a vehicle approaching an unregulated pedestrian crossing is obliged to give way to pedestrians crossing the road or entered the carriageway (tram tracks) to make the transition
