If you are interested in the two-pedal version of the car, then all the torment of choice will end there. In the allocated budget, only Lada Iksrey offers this. True, this is a single-disc AMT robot, not too quick and actively plodding its only clutch, but Hyundai and Renault do not have this for the indicated price either. All three offer only front-wheel drive in our chosen options. Ground clearance for our conditions is sufficient. Hyundai does not take much “for color”, but still not everyone wants to go on stampings. So you have to spend money after the purchase. Renault has an expensive metallic, but the wheels are of optimal dimension. Lada in terms of surcharge - in the middle and looks stylish. But keep in mind that 17-inch tires are not cheap, and you will have to buy a winter kit.
Leaving aside the debate about the design part, we focus on the proposed attributes of comfort. Renault Kaptur is presented in the initial configuration, and it is pretty good. Hyundai Creta has the level of equipment "second from bottom" of the possible for this model. The ignition key in it is classic, but this is far from the most important option. But, unlike Renault, there is a front armrest with boxing and a three-stage heating of the front seats. This, in our opinion, is much more useful. The remaining options are the same as in the Capture.
Our chosen Lada Ixrey is presented not only with the maximum range of equipment, but also in the recently debuted version of Exclusive. Visually, it is distinguished by a light beige interior trimmed with eco-leather and Alcantara, steel pedals, original textile rugs, background LED-illumination of the interior and other details. The new version was created on the basis of the richest Luxe / Prestige equipment with navigation, a rearview camera, rear parking sensors, heated windshield, single-zone climate control, rain and light sensors. The only minus in comparison with Crete - the front seat heating is single-stage, and its keys are also located in the blind zone. However, against the background of the general difference in equipment, this is not so significant.
In terms of equipment, Lada Ixrey is a cut above the rivals. Creating a comfortable atmosphere for both the driver and passengers is easier in it than in foreign cars for comparable money. It is important that all the equipment of the domestic model was not implemented “for show”, but works very efficiently and correctly. In the battle for second place, the Hyundai Creta wins: the Korean crossover has a more modest configuration, but everything you need is available.
For city driving, the choice is obvious: Iksrey with an automated transmission. Moreover, in such conditions, the absence of unpainted plastic on the body is not so fundamental. If your priority is safety, then Lada and Hyundai argue on equal terms. If in the foreground there is a wealth of equipment, then again the domestic machine is in the lead. Its top-end equipment is much richer than the initial versions of foreign cars. Well, in terms of design, we will refrain from recommendations. It's a matter of taste. In our opinion, Renault Kaptur looks the most stylish in the company.
