In order to ensure proper light distribution, in addition to bi-xenon lamps and “ballast” ignition units, they decided to implant lenses in standard headlights. By law, high pressure washers are required. Previously, in accordance with GOST R 51709-2001, it was mandatory to have an automatic headlight range control so as not to blind the “oncoming line” - now it is installed at will. We want to do everything humanly and therefore we recognize the auto-corrector in Grant as necessary.

The order of registration is as follows. Well, haven’t the hunting fallen off yet? Then take the whole pile of papers and bring the “live” to an accredited testing laboratory - and again pass the examination. Then you get a new diagnostic inspection card. Now the matter is small: once again drive in the traffic police for a final sentence and a mark in the documents.

We hurry to the traffic police. Apparently, the rules for introducing changes in the design of vehicles were written by the blood of visitors to technical supervision. If the queue is electronic in other units of the State traffic inspectorate, then here it is live.

Few people manage to submit documents the first time. We also had to redo the application, although all the recommendations for filling carefully copied from the traffic police website. Inspectors did not like the conclusion issued by the expert organization. They demanded a phrase saying that the re-equipment would be carried out in accordance with the technical regulations. Although how could it be otherwise?

I had to go to NAMI PTIA-Fund again, then back to the traffic police - and these organizations are located in different parts of Moscow traffic jam. And to stand in line again … But finally, the treasured approval has been received - we are proceeding with the conversion!
