When spam erupted again by email with an offer to buy some kind of HD screen for a car, patience ran out. I bought it!

How to provide a good overview: choose wipers and windshield washer fluid
What does the manufacturer promise? Protection from glare and bright sunlight, from the dazzling headlights of oncoming cars and, of course, the most comfortable driving in high definition. Day and night. Just for 1600 rubles.
The Chinese product turned out to be “nowhere simpler”. It is mounted in a few seconds on a regular anti-sun visor, thereby adding two “assistants” to it - yellow and brown filters. Yellow is for night, brown is for daylight. What does the acronym HD (English high definition - high resolution) have to do with it, it's hard to say.
It is clear that such gizmos are not regulated by any standards. Moreover, it is formally forbidden to use them, since they are not provided for by the design of the car. But we still decided to conduct an experiment and asked the Zarulevites to ride with such a screen and share their impressions. I advise buyers to think before you shell out.
Good luck on the road!

Our opinion
Elena Redkina, editor of the zr.ru website
Glasses give an effect - both individually and together. However, the design is inconvenient because it covers a limited field of view. There is discomfort when you look from a protected area of a windshield to an unprotected one and vice versa. Perhaps in time you can get used to it.

Both filters protect from the sun for a C grade. At night, the yellow filter does not save from oncoming headlights, and the brown one makes the rest of the road practically invisible. The only plus sign of yellow is that the bumps in the road in the headlights look a bit more prominent. The rest of the device is nothing to praise.
Elena Alekseeva, head of the news department of the site zr.ru
In rainy weather, the yellow filter makes the picture behind the glass a little more contrast. The rest of the time, she did not note any advantages.

The product shields only part of the view. If the landing is low, then a third of the real picture outside the window gets into the field of action. The design creaks with "ultrasound", made carelessly. At night, the transition "with the screen - without it" is unpleasant.

I traveled a bit - and took it off: it’s unpleasant to use. I don’t need an alien construction before my eyes. And from the outside it all looks wild.
Mikhail Kolodochkin, columnist for the automotive information department
I won’t put it in my car for anything. Only the opaque regular visor saves from the bright sun; but I don’t want to put additional screens at night.
