It is unlikely that anyone will protest against some of their tightening, since the Ministry of Transport has managed to convince many, even driver unions, that tachographs are worth a lot: they are able to prevent casualties during transportation, especially passenger, to achieve greater order in the industry … And it is useful to establish a systematic release in the media reliable information - thereby killing the "duck."

The draft order of the Ministry of Transport “On approval of the procedure for equipping vehicles with tachographs” indicates the following deadlines:
- until April 1, 2014 - buses; cars carrying dangerous goods; trucks with a maximum authorized weight of more than 15 tons;
- until September 1, 2014 - trucks with a maximum authorized weight of 12 tons and not used for the transport of dangerous goods;
- until April 1, 2015 - trucks with a permitted weight of 3.5 to 12 tons;
- until January 1, 2016 - vehicles that do not have access to international traffic or are equipped with means of monitoring the regime of work and rest (these funds must comply with EU standards); Vehicles equipped with control devices until January 1, 2014.
