Will the car be successful in Russia? It all depends on pricing. Not having established itself as a brand in the market, even with super-genius performance in all respects, luxury over-equipment and decoration, the car may remain a monument to the ingenious Taiwanese auto industry. - It was necessary to take the first step. The fact is that we do not come to the Russian market for one day. We are setting up the production of our cars here.
It was hard enough for us to find a partner, because the Luxgen brand is not known. We were simply asked, "who are you?" Three years ago, we got acquainted with the management of the Circassian plant, and we thought that we had a chance. We know that the plant did not have the best reputation in the process of how it began to assemble cars. But since we actually had no choice, we decided not to look for new partners, but to solve the problem on the spot. We thought that we would teach staff to work efficiently. Training was organized in Taiwan.
To control the assembly process at Derweis, ten of our specialists are constantly working there. I think that we will be able to turn the tide. We will start with the fact that we will bring in KKD kits for assembly - it’s easier to keep the situation under control, since such a release does not imply a very large volume of operations.
In addition, Cherkessk speaks in favor of the availability of production facilities, as well as the location, thanks to which logistics tasks, in particular the delivery of parts by sea, are easily solved.
