Drunk zero

The United Russia faction in the State Duma very naturally staged a discussion about zero per mille for drivers, but the norm remained unchanged in the draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses (it was legalized, everyone remembers in mid-2010). Deputy Vyacheslav Lysakov is amazed: after all, on the sidelines, many supported the introduction of 0.2 ppm …
Not only the indignant auto-community received an excitement, but also doctors working in the field of narcology. However, they did not calm down. The latest issue of the journal “Narcology” (No. 11, 2012), which is published by the RAMS (for deputies: not to be confused with a circle of young nurses), contains an honest publication “What should be the anti-alcohol law for drivers?”. Three authors: a doctor and two candidates of pharmaceutical sciences. All are practices.
Zero ppm

Before turning to the key points of their work, we recall that “At the wheel. Russia” twice investigated (with the help of doctors) whether the former President Medvedev reasonably initiated the “super dry law” (“Drunk Zero”: what the president was not told about;” Zero ppm: Medvedev asked for clarification - we clarify”). But at first it really seemed that they wanted to figure it out at the top. The meaning of both materials comes down to a quote in one of them: “The law on the“zero threshold”is absurd. Any word softer will be inaccurate.” An article in Narcology only reinforces this idea.
We advise the reader, familiarizing himself with the experimental data presented in the article, to compare them with the Russian “check digit”. And with a figure from a letter from a reader of Alexx 72 from Vologda: “… I look forward to the expiration of the term of deprivation of rights, which was taken away for 0.076 per mil, for my chronic gastritis and exacerbation of an ulcer.”
So, here’s what’s in the publication.
