Admin regulations. Driving exams

A lot of changes have been made to the Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which governs the procedures for driving exams. For example, car teachers have suggested a temporary restriction on re-passing "driving." Until now, a second attempt could come at least six months later. The traffic police planned to reduce the pause to 60 days, driving school specialists to 30. Argument: since the validity period of a positive result of the SDA theory (this exam is always the first one) is set at 3 months, graduates must have at least three attempts to retake driving »During this period.
Before the driving test, the cadet will be asked to draw up a written consent to the audio-video process. You may not agree, but then the citizen will lose the opportunity to challenge the result.
Examiners from the traffic police will be required to offer candidates for drivers to study the table of penalty points for errors when performing certain driving elements. The table has become somewhat different: the list is more complete, the wording is correct, understandable. A cadet, knowing the “price” of each error, will be able to double-check the correctness of the sum of points, and self-control is increased.
Admin regulations. Driving exams

At yesterday’s discussion, representatives of driving schools urged the authors of amendments to the Administrative Regulation to lower the “prices” of fines for mistakes - they hurt severely. (In our table, the initial ones are indicated.)
Candidates for drivers get the right to take an exam at any department of the traffic police (say, closest to them), however, within the region where they permanently reside. "Driving" will be allowed to pass not only on the training car traffic police, but also on any other, say owned by a family of friends.
“Measured” amendments to the regulations to the nuances. For example, a document should appear in the document instructing the examiner when he assesses the accuracy of the elements (say, “entering the gate”), to stand under a strictly defined angle with respect to the control marking line.
“The examination procedure becomes convenient for citizens, transparent and objective,” said Vladimir Vinogradov, a member of the board of the Guild of Driving Schools, in an interview with “Behind the Wheel. RF”. - We must pay tribute to the developers of the project from the traffic police: they willingly accepted the proposals, did not dispute their position, but discussed the essence and introduced it without delay.
Such a table will be on the examination sheets. On the right, in the “Number of Penalty Points” section, the price (columns from left to right) for small, medium and gross errors when testing in real street traffic is indicated. 25 - the amount at which they put a "fail". The guild of driving schools offers a number of errors to evaluate with milder ratings. The traffic police have a good reason to disagree - traffic accident statistics.
