The Department of Transport of the capital admitted that it was in a hurry, having allocated too many sections for public transport. Approximately half of the roads where the corresponding markings were placed and signs prohibiting passage were marked, the highlighted lanes were never put into operation - the signs are covered with black polyethylene, but uninformed drivers are careful not to drive to the far right lane - markings still there is.
“From the roads on which the allocated lanes have never been started, the signs will be dismantled in the near future, and the continuous marking will be replaced by intermittent ones,” said Zhanna Terekhova, spokeswoman for the Department of Transport, who commented on the situation with inactive markings. “In those areas where the bus lane is already operating, everything will remain as it is.” The dismantling of signs has already begun on the Zvenigorod and Dmitrov highway. Regarding the first, by the way, at the end of last year a scandal erupted, because throughout the entire drawn line there is not a single public transport route. The next, most likely, will be "non-working" bus lanes on Lublin street and Altufevskoe highway.

LDPR deputies, meanwhile, proposed to cut public transport rights. The State Duma will discuss the possibility of providing drivers who carry passengers in cars with the right to use the lanes intended for route transport. In this case, the only condition will be the occupancy of the machine - there must be at least four people in it.
Similar exceptions for drivers who travel not alone, but with passengers, apply in some states of America. With the introduction of this rule, Americans began to look for fellow travelers among their work colleagues and travel in groups, alternating the right to drive.

In order to ensure that vehicles equated to public transport do not become victims of video recording cameras, the authors of the project propose developing a special yellow sign that drivers will mount on the windshield of the car, and introduce a fine of 5, 000 rubles for unauthorized use of this sign.

- A trip of a car driver with one or two passengers should not provide the right to move in a designated lane. However, the transportation of three or more passengers can already equate this passenger car with fixed-route vehicles. With the exception of rush hour, many buses run half-empty, and on a number of routes in bus interiors it is generally difficult to count more than two or three passengers, but they take advantage of it, which is illogical and inappropriate. And at the same time, a passenger car must move along a strip full of trucks and other vehicles that do not transport anyone.
