When you turn from Leningradskoye Shosse to Mezhdunarodnoe, there is always a cluster of cars on the right side: there is a platform where you can wait for arrivals or, if you have left in advance, check-in. Closer to Sheremetev there are signs on how to get to the terminals and parking lots.
In addition to the actual parking lots, we are interested in how conveniently the traffic is organized, whether it is easy to find the departure and arrival areas, whether it is possible to catch passengers with luggage or, on the contrary, to meet friends, for example, who have returned from a vacation.
We pass alternately the departure and landing zones of different terminals. Indices and displays (not only in Russian, but also in English) are informative and quite convenient. It is difficult to get lost, and 15 minutes is usually enough to unload passengers and luggage or to meet travelers. But there is a problem: at all terminals, the places for loading and unloading are not very conveniently located, so even one stopped machine can create a jam.
And what if the flight is delayed, but there is no computer at hand to find out about changes in the schedule? Have to leave the car in the parking lot closest to the building. Well, there are always free places near all terminals of Sheremetyevo Airport. Only here they are not cheap: from 100 to 500 (!) Rubles. at one o'clock. You can leave the car here for how many days, but the amount runs up - oh oh oh.

The cheapest option, for example, we found in Terminal D. A place in a modern multi-tiered parking will cost 600 rubles. per day. Bites! And at the same time, the machine for paying for parking in terminal D … did not work. Yes, for that kind of money, they must also meet and accompany me with music!
Is there a cheaper alternative? It turns out there is. Having passed along the Sheremetyevsky highway from the former “second” (now F) in the direction of the former “first” (B) terminal, you can get a place in specially equipped and guarded parking lots. Yes, it’s not very convenient then to get things to the station with things, but if you agree in advance, you will be provided with a transfer. The cost of parking in such parking lots is from 100 to 250 rubles. per day. Already more interesting! For this money, the car is also guarded, if something happens - there is someone to ask.
Is it possible to leave the car completely free? They say there are such places, but we did not find them. Free parking seems to be allowed when leaving Terminal D, but taxi drivers graze there for a long time, and none of us, frankly, would dare to leave our car for a few days.

This airport is farthest from the capital; a separate highway leads there (it’s not Leningradka that is always overloaded to you!) And along the highway there are several equipped free parking for greeters, with cafes and toilets.
But other daredevils throw cars right at the curb before entering the airport. In vain - the tow truck works quickly and runs continuously along the highway.

We are interested in official parking. Before the barriers, numerous displays suggest: there are hourly parking, there - for a day or more. The terminal, unlike Sheremetev, is alone; it is impossible to get lost. For quick bailouts in the departure lounge or for meeting passengers, free time is enough. But if there is any delay, it is easier to drive to a short-term parking lot, which can be paid at 15-minute intervals. A quarter of an hour will cost you only 50 rubles! And if you leave the car for a day? Can. Day, interestingly, begin after 6 hours of parking and will cost 800 rubles.
A few more hourly parking lots are located a little further from the terminal building. They are cheaper: from 100 to 150 rubles. The only daily parking is 100 meters to the right of the airport. Price per day - 500 rubles. But in the summer and on New Year's and May holidays, it grows to 700 rubles.
Free parking is located at a distance of 1.5 and 3 km from the station and is not suitable in order to leave the car unattended for a long time: there is no protection here, robbers have visited more than once. Yes, and carry a suitcase far away.

At the entrance to Vnukov we did not find places where you can wait for the plane to arrive for free. For some reason, the leaders of the most modern airport did not think about this, so everyone parks right on the lawn. Class! If there is not enough space, stand in the right lane along the highway. At peak hours - in two rows, so when entering the airport there is always a flea market.

But there is a pleasant moment. So, a separate entrance was made for the departure of departing passengers, there is enough space here to unload luggage without disturbing the others. At the same time, there is no formal time limit, but attempts to cheat - to leave the car here for a long time - are stopped instantly: before our eyes, the tow truck dragged somewhere a car, the owner of which, apparently, decided to save.
But at the entrance to the arrivals area, the machine issued a standard coupon, which relies on the usual free 15 minutes. Do not meet? Every 20 minutes - 50 rubles. You can leave for a day; a place in any of the two multi-story parking lots will cost 650 rubles. Do you think your car will be carefully guarded for this amount? Nothing like this! The information board at the entrance honestly warns: the administration of the terminal is not responsible for the abandoned cars.
And inside the parking lots there is a minimum of amenities, no information about free spaces. In a word, in the terrible traditions of the 90s: expensive and bad.

We found a normal daily parking only 5 km from the airport terminal, closer to the Minsk highway. There are several parking lots - 200 rubles each, and this includes security and free delivery to the airport.
