The first thing that comes to mind when you drive a Largus is that AvtoVAZ has never made such cars. Do not think that I am going to sing praises to factory workers for the converted Dacia Logan MCV. Just on the background of the all-vazovskoy model range, Largus stands out for its foreign-made quality.
The lower the price tag of any car, the fiercer the debate about the design, and the less important this component. But in the case of "Largus" there is no particular reason to bend your heads together - it is too utilitarian. Nobody points to an electrician at a robe and rubber gloves and says that he doesn’t look fashionable. So here: everything is the case, as it should be for hard workers at the same Peugeot Partner or Renault Kangoo. The Russian interpretation is unlikely to improve or worsen the appearance, just the car changed its place of birth.
Despite the fact that the factory workers managed to achieve a good localization indicator (capacities and suppliers still do not allow reaching the maximum 80%), there is also no particular innovation inside. For owners of budget Renault cars everything will be familiar here. The same steering wheel with a large “pancake” in the middle, which is useless to press, because the horn button is on the corner signal switch.
Also unusually located buttons for raising glasses, adjusting electric mirrors. Loganovskie "half-hands" on the rear doors. From the Russian car I would like more, well, whether ergonomic friendliness to the brand’s followers. Although knowing the specifics of our manufacturers, it is still unknown how it would be implemented.
The fact that the exchange rate stabilization system is not yet available even to order, it seemed to me a miscalculation, but the long-wheelbase Largus even on Amtel's (for all versions 15-inch wheels) tires very tightly clings to the coating. For a spectacular shot, we secretly tried a couple of times to skid a turn, but tearing the rear axle into the slide was not very simple.
The energy-intensive Logan suspension pleases with an excellent "grip" on a bad road. Only the steering wheel would be more adequate with increasing speed. Under good gas (we were allowed to ride around the VAZ range), the steering wheel is as "empty" as in the average driving mode. The 105-horsepower sixteen valve for this machine is suitable with a small caveat. It is impossible to feel the peak of the moment: even acceleration in the entire speed range.
