The play, written by the playwright Luzhkov, entitled “Big Leningradka”, after the winter intermission, entered into the second action, although it would seem that even the first had not yet ended. But modern performances are distinguished by the fact that in them all the actions merge into one and go in parallel. The first action implies the reconstruction of a section of the route from the Belorussky railway station to the Sokol metro station. It will be considered completed in May, when the culmination of the performance, the Alabyano-Baltic Tunnel, opens. The second action is a segment from the junction at the Sokol metro station to the Moscow Ring Road.
The most difficult and time-consuming on this site is the construction of new flyovers at the intersection with the Moscow Ring Road towards the region. Here, a 1.8-km left-turn overpass will be erected to the MKAD-west and a three-hundred-meter overpass with an exit to the east. Their construction, for which 5 billion rubles have been allocated, will be completed next year.
In addition, it is necessary to equip 18 access pockets for public transport and equip six underground pedestrian crossings. 143 parking spaces will appear in front of the sidewalks. An additional lane will be organized from the Leningrad bridge across the Khimki reservoir to the intersection with the Golovinsky highway.
For those who do not disdain to sacrifice comfort for the sake of saving time, an intercepting parking lot will be organized near the junction at the intersection with the Moscow Ring Road. Drivers will be able to leave their car on it and transfer to the half-express, which will be launched in this direction. It will have only six stops, and it will reach the center in just 25 minutes. However, when the route begins to work, the Transport Department has not yet been told. Apparently, officials are already afraid to promise anything, because earlier they assured that the first semi-express bus in the capital will take the Leningradskoye Highway before the end of 2011.

Vitaliy: The project needs to be complemented by interchange with the TTK. Now the movement on the Third Ring is blocked by poor outcome on Leningradsky Prospekt. This is especially felt in the segment from Kutuzovsky Prospekt to Leningradka. There you need a directed exit to the Moscow Ring Road.
Oleg Ivanovich: Not everything is thought out. For example, entry and exit to Cosmonaut Volkov Street from Leningradskoye Shosse. After the reconstruction of Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, the flow will increase two to three times, and there and so all the time of traffic jams. It must also be expanded!
Alexei: The trips to the center of Leningradskoye Shosse near the Vodny Stadion and Voikovskaya metro stations must be somehow limited - either via understudies or a traffic light. Today they block the entire main stream of transport.
