True, modernized in 2011. He finally gained ease of rolling, while maintaining leadership in his favorite discipline - braking performance, both on dry and wet surfaces. This was possible due to the changed composition of the tread rubber.

Less than half a percent lost to the leader was the new Nokian - Hakka Green. Buying these tires is more profitable: the price / quality ratio is 2.79 versus 2.99 from Conti. Third place went to Pirelli with the new Chinturato P1. The company continues the offensive on both the winter and summer fronts, proving that Italian tires are suitable not only for warm weather. Value for money 2.61 - the most attractive among the top tires.

The wider and higher-speed Toyo-Proxes T1Rs appearing almost off-set. Allowed to participate due to the high popularity among the "Lada" drivers. The veteran model is still able to compete. The fourth result was Michelin Energy Saver. We always note that tires with 900 or more points are very good. However, Seiver is gradually losing track of fuel economy - competitors are already breathing in the back.

Near the 900-point barrier, closing the first five, the Bridgestone is stamping around with the far from new Turanza model. Hancuk is stepping on his heels with the new Kinerji Eco - a good sign for a Korean company. Slightly maintaining the distance separating the "second line", there is "Barum-Brillantis 2". He has 877 points and an attractive price / quality ratio of 2.51.

In eighth place - “second” “Sport” from “Cordiant” with a good result: 853 points. Ninth - "Yokohama A. Drive." The years take their toll: it can only compete with the next couple with very modest abilities - Kama-Euro 129 (price / quality - 2.50) and Premierri Solazo (price-quality ratio is the most favorable - 2.38)

Braking on dry and wet roads is not as good as the rest of the test participants.

They keep the set course not bad, but the empty steering wheel and delays in reactions interfere with clearly adjusting the direction.

It is not necessary to drastically change the trajectory, it is better to slow down until it stops. The speed of successful completion of the rearrangement is low - as with Bridgestone and Kama, it is limited by drift at the entrance and drift at the exit. Management is complicated by the lack of information steering and significant delays in the reactions.

On wet roads, safe speed decreases noticeably - it is limited by a deep drift. The steering wheel turning angles are reduced, but still large.

Uncomfortable - annoyingly humming starting at 50 km / h. On cracks startle, vibrate on small irregularities.

Fuel consumption is average at city speed, increased at 90 km / h.

The primer is acceptable to a limited extent.

On wet roads, similar maneuvers are a little easier, but the increased steering angle and torn behavior (drift) do not allow us to call the handling simple and clear.

Buzz in the range of 40–80 km / h (with a resonant peak at 60 km / h), sound irregularities. They force the body to vibrate on trifles and startle on average defects in the coating.

They roll badly, fuel consumption is increased.

On the dirt road they move confidently.

On a dry road they slow down slightly, almost on a par with the Barum. On a wet road it’s even worse - more than 5 meters behind the leader.

They keep a straight line at high speed, but the clarity in the rearrangements prevents delays in the reactions.

The speed of extreme maneuvering on a dry road is average, the car is obedient, but only before slides begin - a strong drift at the entrance or a drift at the exit.

On wet surfaces, the speed drops significantly and becomes the lowest. Asphalt seems lapped, the car abruptly and unexpectedly breaks off the trajectory with the rear axle, striving to turn backwards.

There are no comments on noise. Roughly broadcast small irregularities, at a speed of 40 km / h add vibration.

Economical in urban driving modes, medium in suburban.
