The TRON system is based on the unique Fiber Thermics thermal fiber. Thermal fiber itself is a composite polymer heating element, designed as an alternative to metal and carbon heaters. A polymer thread with a melting point of 160–170 degrees Celsius was used as the basis of the heat fiber, which provides absolute elasticity and resistance to repeated mechanical deformations of such a heater (mechanical tests showed resistance to more than 150, 000 bending cycles by 180 degrees).
Metal thin-film coatings with resistive properties deposited on the surface of the fiber, with the flow of electric current, provide the necessary release of thermal power. With a total thickness of such coatings of 5–6 microns, they are in fact a single whole with a polymer base and, having metallic conductivity, acquire the properties of a flexible and unbreakable heater.
Thermal fiber:
- - allows you to maintain accurate heating temperature over the entire surface of the car seat
- - has a high heating rate of 1 degree in 1 second
- - the temperature maintenance range is 28–38 degrees, which does not allow an uncontrolled increase in temperature and ensures guaranteed avoidance of a low-temperature burn

The TRON car seat heating devices use the latest developments for connecting heat fiber with an electrical connection cable. The contact between the heater and the conductive wire is provided as "metal with metal" and does not lead to the creation of a transition resistance and, as a consequence, overheating. The technology developed by the company for the manufacture of the coupler provides products with heat-fiber with a guaranteed service life of 5 years.
- -The fabric frame with the adhesive layer applied is carefully selected from non-combustible materials and has been tested by the method of determining flammability for interior decoration of motor vehicles (GOST 25076-081)
- - The reliability of the thermostat with which the TRON is equipped was checked for the entire service life of the car with a five-fold margin

For the manufacture of frame elements, the production is equipped with a high-performance automated laser cutting line: XL1200, produced by the German company Eurolaser. For the manufacture of the electric circuit, the production is equipped with the best-in-class equipment of the Swiss company KOMAX. An automated line with two Alfa 433S workstations is used for dimensional cutting, stripping, marking and crimping of the tips of the heat-fiber heating wire and copper current-carrying wires.
In order to constantly monitor the quality of the materials used and manufactured products, in 2008 the company introduced the ISO 9001 quality management system. The heating element passed all tests at AvtoVAZ OJSC (test report No. 09/0111 of 2009-22-11) and is recommended for installation both for warranty cars (in exchange for failed ones), and for cars that are not equipped with heating (for self-installation).
Since April 2011, supplies of TRON heating elements to the production of Chevrolet Niva vehicles have been carried out. Kits for two front seats of VAZ cars are offered at retail: Kalina, Priora, Samara; Chevrolet-Niva brand, as well as for UAZ-3163.
