Here is a collision avoidance device at low speeds, and active assistance with parking, no less active cruise control and a warning about getting off the lane.
Up to a very convenient novelty that recognizes road signs, duplicating the most important ones on one of the displays. You can also control the "vectorization of torque." How do you like this wording? It is not yet clear how it works, but it can safely be argued that it was not without a high-tech product.

After all, it is in the range from 1500 to 4000 rpm that it is fully revealed, allowing you to save on switching, subduing with pressure and convenient high-torque. A two-liter turbodiesel (the most powerful, 163-horsepower version - with a Powershift automatic transmission) is noticeably sharper, more abrupt in settings.
Its bright, explosive temperament often leads to slipping of the drive wheels, it is only worthwhile to pressure the accelerator from the heart. And the working speed range is not as convincing as that of a gasoline engine. In anticipation of a turbo-pickup at a speed of 90–110 km / h, you often come across the fact that … it will be gone. This modern diesel engine is good and assertive. But there are character features in it that can be smoothed out precisely thanks to the work of the so-called automatic machine, and in fact - a robotic box with two clutches, a structural similarity to the Volkswagen DSG.
ONCE AGAIN ABOUT COMFORT
I liked the excellent insulation of cars with both motors. Yes, the diesel engine is a little more vibro-loaded, which is felt primarily on the steering wheel. However, in general, this version is also highly appreciated. I really want to believe that good noise insulation is present in cheaper versions. So far, the only thing that riders of both gasoline and diesel "tricks" can complain about are minor aerodynamic whistling at high speed.

Chassis settings are traditionally good, although they are not always unambiguous. Diesel Focus is a bit tougher than gasoline. The pendants seem more assembled, which allows better control of the car, especially in fast turns. It seems that the eco-booster gasoline suffers a little from excess weight. Hence, a small buildup of the body on bumps and far from always ideal trajectory following. But it is necessary to make an adjustment for the pre-production status of cars. And the last word will be said with the start of mass production.

Accept orders for the new Ford Focus in Russia will begin in June. Then prices and a list of basic equipment will be announced. It is known that cars of domestic assembly will be deprived of most of the auxiliary options, with the exception of navigation and, possibly, active parking assistance. At least, they don’t plan anything else for the coming year, as well as the appearance of the latest EcoBoost turbo engines in our country.
