The other day, the government of the Moscow region adopted a resolution "On the approval of the territorial planning scheme of the Moscow region - the main provisions of urban development." The total funding for it exceeded $ 60 million. As the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region Alexander Gornostaev noted, “the implementation of the territorial planning scheme will not only change the urban development and socio-economic development vector of the Moscow Region from centripetal to Moscow along federal highways to the development of the central part of the region in the Central Ring Road, but also provide an opportunity to reserve corridors “for the construction of new roads and other types of off-street transport, such as a tram or light metro”. Where exactly the expanses of the Moscow Region will begin to plow the trams leaving the capital, while our editorial office does not know. But the western section of the Central Ring Road is already quite embossed.

Ruza field

The southwestern sector of the Central Ring Road we went step by step at No. 23 (50) GZR, stopping at the intersection with the Minsk highway. A big denouement is planned here. Which is natural if we take into account the current congestion on the Belarus federal highway.

So, we are moving from the supposed intersection of roads to the north-west next to the 110 kV transmission line one and a half kilometers west of its intersection with the Smolensk direction of the Moscow Railway.

Further 1800 m in a straight line to the north along the Tuchkovsky forestry of the Ruzsky forestry enterprise. The route will pass one and a half kilometers west of the border of the village of Sukharevo, Staroruz rural district of the Ruza district.

We gradually turn north-east to the intersection of the Zvenigorod-Kolyubakino-Nesterovo highway (on some maps it is listed as Nesterevo) and the railway line leading to the Morevsky career from the Smolensk direction of the Moscow Railway, we follow the north-east direction and a little further, another kilometer and a half. And then again we take to the west, passing along the eastern border of the quarter of the 6th Tuchkovsky forestry, 200 m south of the Yakovlevka stream.

Further 2.2 km through the forest between the blocks of the Tuchkovsky forestry. Then a little to the north between blocks 5, 6, 10, 11 of the neighboring Chepelevsky forestry.

The next segment is to the northeast to the highway running from the Moscow-Riga highway via Onufrievo-Oreshki-Kolyubakino. The Central Ring Road will pass south-east of the village of Oreshki of the Baryninsky rural district of the Ruza district and intersect with the above-mentioned road at a distance of 350 m south-east of its turn to the north-west. Naturally, with the construction of a traffic intersection.

From here, a forest to the northwest along the Glubokovsky forestry to the Malinovka river.

We keep this course until we cross the M9 Onufrievo-Oreshki-Kolyubakino highway 600 m northeast of the bridge over the Malinovka River. Here, too, according to the plan, the traffic intersection.

Again, the Central Ring Road goes to the northwest to the intersection with the road going from the aforementioned, to Barynino and Vayukhino, at a distance of 600 m southwest of their junction.

Now to the north-east to the 110-kV transmission line, on the border of the Ozerninsky hatchery 450 meters east of the village of Barynino, Baryninsky rural district, Ruzsky district.

Forests in a straight line to the north-east between the quarters of the Nikolsky forestry of the Ozerninsky GLOH. This strange abbreviation has remained since Soviet times, means the State Forest Hunting. By the way, Ozerninsky GLOH is one of the few, if not the only place at a short distance from Moscow where hunting for waterfowl is allowed.

Preserving the northeast vector, we find ourselves in the middle of the reservoir. Actually, this is not even a reservoir, but quarries, former peat mining, flooded with water and connected by channels to the Ozerna river. Here, the Central Ring Road will pass at a distance of 1350 m to the west of the border of the village of Briket, Nikolsky rural district of the Ruzsky district.

From here, to the crossroads of a country road leading from the village of Mamoshino, and the Moscow Big Ring (MBK) - "Big Concrete".

Further, everything is simple: the Central Ring Road runs along the MBK to the northeast to a point located at a distance of 750 m from the junction of the MBK - Rozhdestvenno highway. At the intersection of roads provides a traffic intersection.

Istra segment

A slight roll to the north-west to the federal highway M9 “Baltia”. At a distance of 1200 m west of its intersection with the road going from the MBK bypassing the village of Novopetrovskoye, the village of Kuchi, Novopetrovsk rural district of Istra district.

Again, northeast to the point located at the intersection of the 35 kV transmission line and the border of the 63rd quarter of the October forestry of the Istra forest plant. Further, the route will pass south-east of the village of Nadezhdino, 350 meters north of the intersection of MBK with the road leading from Nadezhdino and the bypass road of the village of Novopetrovskoye and the village of Kuchi (at this intersection it ends).

To the north-east to the point located on the axis of the road leading from MBK through Prechistoye of the Novopetrovsky rural district of Istrinsky district to Chudtsevo, 1.1 km southeast of its junction with the MBK road - the beginning of the bypass of the village of Prechistoe. From here - to the point on the MBK-Tiliktino-Kuznetsovo highway (the latter is already in the Klinsky district) 150 m north-east of its junction with the MBK.

Wedge to Wedge

The movement to the northeast continues until MBK - we find a point at a distance of 2800 m northeast of the intersection of A108 with the Nudol River. And again to the northeast - to another river, Velga, at a distance of 750 m northwest of its intersection with MBK.

From Velga - to Teplukh, the next landmark here, 650 meters northwest of the inflow of Tepluha into the Katysh river.
