I wonder if Chinese cars are faked in China. Or at least spare parts for them … Unknown. But the company "Autoelectronics" from Kaluga knows for sure: in China they fake their air pressure sensors, and the quality of the fakes is disgusting!
According to the results of the examination carried out by the Kaluga residents, the falsified spare part does not comply with GOST in any of the parameters. The fake sensor did not pass the vibration tests at all, and in such a parameter as the temperature drift of the output voltage, it exceeded the maximum allowable standard by more than three times.
Autoelectronics OJSC warns that when using this counterfeit, a car will significantly increase fuel consumption and emissions of toxic substances into the atmosphere, and the engine resource will also decrease.
Fortunately, a pressure gauge is not a work of art, and to distinguish a fake from an original, you don't have to be an art critic. The main signs are in the photo, but you should refuse to buy spare parts in questionable stores.

The original air pressure sensor from Kaluga. It looks neat - the surfaces are smooth, without burr and burrs.

The Chinese sensor is clumsy. On the case in the places of opening of the mold pronounced traces of flashing.
