According to the instruction manual, Jianshe JS150Y ("Jianshi") belongs to the category of sports off-road motorcycles. In my opinion, this is not entirely true.
For example, because he has nothing to do in the class of motorcycles in which he can be declared in races (in group E1, according to the FIM approved for cross and motorcycle enduro classification). Although it has an exclusively combat look, “aggravated” by coloring, special platforms for starting numbers and absolutely no lighting equipment, it is difficult to compare it with 40-horsepower super-light cross-country vehicles like the Honda CR125R or Yamaha WR250. You sit high in the saddle, a narrow frame (to make it more comfortable to sit), a measured, and not at all explosive, nature of a 4-stroke engine … For a sports utility vehicle, it is too easy to handle. Starting a kickstart 4-stroke 150-cc engine, as well as raising a low motorcycle from the ground, if you fall, is not difficult. And then, its size - they are for low drivers. This is not the KTM 525 or Suzuki RM250, which many people don’t need to climb on - starting the engine without assistance and it’s not always possible.
