I. The figure shows an unregulated intersection of uneven roads. Therefore, drivers must first of all be guided by clause 13.9 of the SDA, that is, vehicles moving along minor roads (trams and trucks) give way. As the car approaches the bus on the equivalent road on the right, the driver of the car takes precedence (paragraphs 13.10 and 13.11 of the Rules). According to paragraph 13.9 of the SDA, when driving on an equivalent road by a tram, an advantage over a trackless vehicle.
II. When the blue flashing light is on, the ambulance driver is entitled to depart from a number of requirements of the Rules (clause 3.1), in particular, to go on a one-way road in the opposite direction to that allowed. But even despite the fact that a special sound signal is not turned on, the driver of a car is obliged to fulfill the requirement of sign 2.4 “Give way”.
III. The dashed marking line (1.2.2) on the right and left indicates the edge of the carriageway on two-lane roads. Although this marking is allowed to cross on either side, detouring an obstacle on the right will inevitably require a curb, which is prohibited by paragraph 9.9 of the SDA. Marking line 1.11 in the middle of the carriageway is allowed to cross on the intermittent side, as well as on the side of the solid line at the end of overtaking or detour (Appendix 2 to the SDA).
IV. Sign 1.1 is installed in the village at a distance of 50 to 100 meters and warns of approaching a railway crossing with a barrier (see Appendix 1 to the SDA). Clause 11.5 prohibits overtaking both at level crossings and closer than 100 meters in front of them.
V. Signs 5.8.1 in front of the intersection indicate the direction of traffic in the lanes, therefore traffic on tram tracks is prohibited (clause 9.6 of the Rules). Consequently, a U-turn is also prohibited. The actions of a motorcyclist, including a U-turn on a secondary road near an intersection, do not contradict the Rules.
VI. The “Stop prohibited” sign applies also to vehicles of federal postal service organizations (with a white diagonal strip on a blue background), therefore, stopping the truck is prohibited in the period indicated on the additional plate (Appendix 1 to the SDA).
VII. The speed limit identification mark on the rear side of the truck does not allow it to travel faster than 50 km / h. At the same time, the identification sign “Transportation of children” is installed on a vehicle that performs such transportation (paragraph 8 of the Basic Provisions). In this case, the speed of the bus should not exceed 60 km / h (paragraph 10.3 of the Rules). However, the bus driver does not have the opportunity to overtake, because the sign 4.7 "Minimum speed limit" extends to the left lane, which would have to go to perform the maneuver.
